This involves a comprehensive health assessment. It will usually include family/personal history of both you and your partner, nutritional review/education, lifestyle and environmental exposure survey, and medication/supplement/vitamin questionnaire. All of these are used to ensure a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby.
Consultations for family planning and contraception options/alternatives are available. These will include both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical options.
